LED ANDON Displays
The Signaworks Industrial LED Andon Display System Bingo Board for lean manufacturing offers long lasting, high brightness LEDs for viewing at a distance. The LED Andon boards are also used as a Kanban Board, Kaizen Board for Kaizen Event or JIT Board. LED Andon Lights with switches or Wireless Andon Transmitters are stationed on the plant floor at each cell to send signals to the Andon Display Bingo Board. Audible Alarms, Music Systems or data logging through Excel Spreasheet or SQL Database are available.

Wall Plate LED Pilot Lights & Switches		 LED Andon Tower Lights are connected to manual Selector Switches or hard wired to your machine for lean manufacturing at a cell or station on the plant floor to Visually communicate Downtime, Material Supply, Quality, Engineering, Chang eover, etc. These can use audible alarms and be customized to your specific application.
LED Andon Lights for Bingo Board System		 Wireless LED Andon Lights are used in Lean Manufacturing at a station or cell on the plant floor to send a signal back to the supervisors office or to a production bingo board display on the ceiling to visually communicate the status of each machine. Audible Alarms, Music Systems and multiple Receivers can be used to meet your specific application.
LED Wireless Andon Light for Bingo Board
Signaworks LED Andon Light or LED Tower Light can be mounted on a cubicle, desk, tripod or wall at a station or cell on the plant floor in lean manufacturing. Manual Selector or Push Button Switches are used to turn on the lights or audible alarm.
Tripod, Cubicle or Table LED Andon Light		 Signaworks Industrial Product Pace Timer Counter will display real time actual production count vs. a production goal based on takt time. Up to 60 units can be linked together to display on a PC Computer with our Free Software.
Production Pace Timer		 Signaworks Industrial ELED Production Counter / Timer is one unit that can be used to count up or down production to time specific production events for lean manufacturing timer in HH:MM or MM:SS.
LED Production Timer / Counter		 Signaworks Wireless Andon System with Tower Light can be used to track real time actual productino count vs. a production goal in lean manufacturing. A Red / Green LED Tower Light is used to indicate if production is over or under their goal.
